THE DOUBLE JUMP
How to describe this dive? Fantastic, technical, amazing!
Through this description we’ll try to spread the same feelings we feel during this dive, even if it’s not so easy.
Two Walls Dive is exclusively reserved to owners of Technical Deep Air patents or superior, emitted by technical education organizations.
The dive starts from the Faro Cliff where we make a first jump that brings us from 6 to 27 meters of depth in a sandy sea bottom on a prearranged route. After 1 minute we meet a wall that rises up from the sand for about 2 meters of height.
We are now at about 30 meters. In the many rifts it’s possible to meet groupers, big Scorpionfish, pinfishes and Corvine, but the particularity of this place is that the grotto is characterized by two fissures called “I canaluni” that entirely pass it through with a walk as a “V”. Following the big canal on the right and diving for 2 minutes in front of us a spectacular second cliff with a jump that from 37 meters of the border’s corner brings us up to 50 meters of depth inside a canyon.
And still where the big canal flows there is a rift on the cliff extending up to the base, creating a spectacular “ciacca” (a rift) almost always full of fish, in particular corvine and musdea.
it’s a real terrace in the blue where the meeting between trawls, amberjacks, little tunas and sea eagles could not be a coincidence. After having a look inside the rift and having done a careful control of the air we gradually start the return towards the surface through a guide rope.
